Procurement Services

As a reseller, NetDeposit eliminates the need for you to maintain additional business relationships with capture device hardware vendors. We certify the interoperability of the devices with our software and work with the manufacturers to provide ongoing quality control and improvements. In addition, our reseller position allows us to negotiate the best pricing and delivery timeframes.
Fulfillment Services
NetDeposit provides a fulfillment program that includes the testing and inventory of your capture devices. Scanners purchased through NetDeposit are stored in our fulfillment facility, where the units are tested, logged, and placed into inventory. Devices that fail to meet strict quality criteria will be returned to the manufacturer for replacement. As you roll out your NetDeposit solution, we will provide you with a simple process for initiating the shipment of scanners directly to your end user customers.
Scanner Maintenance and Service Programs
NetDeposit provides a variety of scanner maintenance and service programs that you may offer to your end user customers. The different service options allow your customers to select a program that fits their business continuity and budgetary requirements. Your customers will work directly with NetDeposit on service claims, eliminating the need for you to provide specialized support for capture devices.
