Danne Buchanan Danne L. Buchanan, CEO
A founding force in the creation of NetDeposit, Danne was named CEO in 2003. Since that time, he has continued to build the company into an industry leader by providing financial institutions, commercial businesses, and check processors a revolutionary way to view and process check payments. A holder of two patents on electronic check processing, Danne led the team that pioneered remote deposit capture and testified before the United States Senate on behalf of the banking industry in support of the Check Clearing for the 21st Century Act, or “Check 21” legislation.

With more than 25 years of banking experience and industry leadership, Danne is a frequent speaker at a variety of conferences, sharing his vision and knowledge with conference attendees.

Danne also serves as Executive Vice President of the E-Business Solutions Group for Zions Bancorporation, of which NetDeposit is a wholly owned subsidiary. In 2002, Danne was the honored recipient of the first annual A.R. Zipf Award for Payment Systems Innovation at Western Payments Alliance. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for industry associations NACHA and WesPay.

Danne holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Utah.

 
William Wong

William T. Wong, Ph.D., CTO, Executive Vice President of Engineering
William T. Wong, Ph.D. joined NetDeposit as CTO and SVP of Engineering in June 2003, bringing with him more than 15 years of experience managing software engineering teams and product development in the financial services sector. WIlliam provides the technology vision and leadership to all technology initiatives, develops strategies for leveraging NetDeposit's patented technologies and has responsibility to enhance the company's technical and operational competitive advantages.

Before joining NetDeposit, William held pivotal roles at Encirq Corporation, VeriFone, and Hewlett-Packard, leading their software engineering and system integration teams to develop and deploy internet payment systems at financial institutions and merchants worldwide.

William received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.

Mary Hockridge

Mary Hockridge,
Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Mary Hockridge joined NetDeposit in March 2004 and is responsible for overseeing the company's sales and marketing functions, including strategic partnerships and business development.

Mary brings over 20 years of executive experience in software product management, marketing, and sales in the financial services industry. From 1997-2004, she was Senior Vice President and a member of the management team at Carreker Corporation and lead its distributed capture, image exchange and archive business units.  Previously, Mary provided product and sales services for QuestPoint Remittance Services and Security Pacific Bank.

Mary holds a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is a Certified Cash Manager (CCM).

Jeff Johnson

Jeff D. Johnson, NDpro Payment Services Business Line Manager

Jeff Johnson joined NetDeposit at its inception in 2001. Jeff brings to the company more than 25 years of bank operations and payment systems related experience. Jeff is responsible for the NDpro Payment Services Business line with direct responsibility for the business success of all payment related services offered by NetDeposit.

Before joining NetDeposit, Jeff managed check operations for a major regional bank as well as managed deposit, branch and high availability ATM systems for this same bank. Jeff also spent time helping this bank with several start-up ASP services companies.

Jeff holds a B.S. degree in Business Finance from the University of Utah.

 
Chris Styga

Christopher Styga, Licensed Solutions Business Line and Engineering Manager

Chris Styga joined NetDeposit in September 2006. Chris is responsible for product development and product engineering of NetDeposit's core software solutions including new product development, product management, product maintenance, professional services and custom development. Prior to his role as Licensed Solutions Business Line and Engineering Manager, Chris was hired as SVP of Professional Services.

Chris possesses over 25 years experience in bank and treasury management payment operations, product management, software solution development, sales and sales operations. Prior to joining NetDeposit, Chris worked for Alogent Corporation where he managed Product Management, Marketing, and Sales Operations for their distributed capture and image solutions. He has also worked for Carreker Corporation holding positions as Managing Principal responsible for Back Office Exception Management Solutions, Product Management over Carreker’s Image Archive, Capture and Delivery Solutions and as Best Practices Process and Image Consulting Manager.

Chris also spent 18 years at SunTrust Banks as Group Vice President where his roles included management of regional data center and check capture operations, enterprise ACH/EFT operations and enterprise Treasury Management Image Operations.  

Chris holds a Masters degree in Finance from Nova Southeastern University.
